Job Description

Our client is a private clinic with around 100 beds, part of a large private healthcare group with a presence in the north-west of France. The clinic is located in a town of 12,000 inhabitants, one hour from the cities of Nantes and Rennes, both served by international airports with direct and regular flights to european airports. 
The unit has 20 specialist doctors, 80 other staff, an operating theatre with 4 rooms + 1 endoscopy room. 

Type of Contract:
 Freelance Activity - FULL TIME - in own consulting room inside the Clinic.

Organisation and activity: Our client is looking to recruit 1 or 2 gastroenterologists to replace a team member who will retire at the beginning of 2025, strengthen the teams, and respond to the needs of the population. 
Block activity (2 times/week): mainly upper endoscopy and colonoscopy, but also polypectomies and digestive ultrasound. Examinations without radioscopy. Possibility of performing mucosectomies.
Consultations at the clinic.
Vacancy without urgency or night shifts.

Conditions: 
- Strong business potential. Annual turnover from block business: between €130,000 and €280,000 gross/annually + income from consultations.
- Installation aid: Minimum monthly salary of €5,000 for the first 3 months of employment + installation incentive of €50,000 paid by social security + Total exemption from personal income tax for the first 5 years of employment + Progressive exemption for the following 3 years (6th year personal income tax on 25% of income / 7th year on 50% of income / 8th year on 75% of income).

- 6 to 8 weeks holiday/year
- Expenses: Office rent of around €10,000/year + 4.5% tax payable to the Clinic on invoicing for surgical activity. - TOTAL EXEMPTION FOR THE FIRST 6 MONTHS OF EMPLOYMENT
- Integration in a FREE A1-B2 French language course: distance learning
- FREE monitoring of the entire application process and registration with the French Medical Association.

Desired profile:
Medical degree completed at U.E. and specialty completed at U.E. 
Knowledge of French (at B2 level) or willingness to learn the language - integration into a FREE online course
Commitment to the project, dynamism, honesty
