MediCarrera offers positions for plastic surgeons with expertise in hand, wrist, and microsurgery, as well as breast care who want to grow professionally in the Netherlands.The Dutch healthcare system is internationally renowned for its medical innovation, collaborative culture, and patient-centered values. Requirements:

• Extensive experience in plastic surgery (preferably hand/microsurgery and breast care).
• Medical degree obtained in the EU.
• Good level of English.
• Commitment to complete an intensive 7-month Dutch language course.
• Team-oriented attitude and interest in working in peripheral practice.

We offer:

• Initial full-time contract with a salary between €8,192 and €14,219/month + irregularity bonus.
• After the first year: opportunity to become a cooperative partner, invoicing up to €25,000/month (€300,000/year).
• Year-end bonus (8.33%) and holiday allowance (8%) included.
• Full coverage in case of illness/disability during the first year.
• 45-hour workweek.

Language training included:
Intensive Dutch course up to level C1 with full support: scholarship, accommodation, meals, books, exam fees, and registration costs.

Additional support:

• Help with CV writing and interview preparation
• Assistance finding housing and completing all administrative processes (registration, insurance, bank, etc.).
• Support with family relocation and school/kindergarten placement.
• Guidance for integration into social and professional life.
• Access to the 30% ruling tax benefit for highly skilled migrants (if eligible).
