We are excited to announce that Care Casters is looking for a Plastic Surgeon with extensive experience and expertise in hand, wrist, and microsurgery. Also seeking a plastic surgeon with knowledge of breast care!

Requirements:

  • Plastic Surgeon aiming for a long-term career plan;
  • A collegial team player with a patient-oriented attitude;
  • We expect an affinity for peripheral practice and an entrepreneurial spirit;
  • Good English level;
  • Degree in the EU and European citizenship;
  • Time and dedication to attend the Dutch course.


Offer:
In the 1st year:

  • Following the standardized table salary;
  • Gross monthly salary: from €8.192 to €14.219 (depending on years of experience) + irregularity bonus;
  • The first year is collectively covered for illness/disability;
  • 45 hours per week (full-time);
  • Year-end bonus (8.33% of your annual salary);
  • Holiday allowance (8% of your annual salary);
  • Offer of Dutch language training. The course lasts about 7 months and is very intensive. After completing this training, you will have reached C1 level;
  • During the course we offer: scholarship for personal expenses, books, accommodation and food allowance;
  • Home to work transportation allowance;
  • Big register costs;
  • Dutch official language exam costs.

After 1 year:

  • After 1 year of good collaboration and satisfaction of both sides, you will have the opportunity to join the Cooperative of the Plastic Surgeons on a permanent basis;
  • As a cooperative member, you will send an invoice of €25.000 per month, which amounts to a total of €300.000 per year;

  • Support with finding a fully furnished home ready for immediate move-in;
  • Documentation and registration in the professional council;
  • City council (BSN), bank account, health insurance, GP…;
  • Support/assistance in work and private life, through a coach for a better integration into social life, helping you stay connected to your interests, passions, and hobbies;
  • Assistance in finding a kindergarten/school for your kids, if needed;
  • We can assist you in applying for the 30% ruling, a tax benefit for highly skilled migrants moving to the Netherlands. If eligible, your employer can grant a tax-free allowance of up to 30% of your gross salary. This is a government-backed benefit, not defined by Care Casters.
