WelThuis is seeking certified Verzorgenden IG (Individual Health Care Nurses) to work an average of 24 to 36 hours per week. WelThuis provides care to the elderly at various locations in Zoetermeer. For this vacancy, we are hiring 4 Verzorgenden IG for the De Morgenster location.
As a Verzorgende IG, you provide daily support to residents who can no longer live independently. You assist with personal care such as getting up, washing, dressing, and using the toilet. You also help with meals and mobility, for example, transferring residents from bed to wheelchair.
You’ll perform nursing tasks such as administering medication, wound care, and giving injections. You monitor the health status of residents and report any changes to the care team. You are also responsible for creating and updating care plans.
You work both independently and as part of a team, playing a key role in the daily lives of residents. You stay in touch with family members and informal caregivers, contributing to a safe, warm, and respectful living environment where residents feel seen and well cared for.
Requirements:

Employment Conditions:
You’ll receive a permanent contract right away. Salary is in accordance with the CAO, under scale FWG 35, with a gross monthly salary between €2541.72 and €3337.94. On top of that, you’ll receive 8% holiday pay and a year-end bonus of 8.33%.
Attractive allowances apply for irregular hours. You’ll also receive travel reimbursement as per the CAO.
