About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ophthalmologist to join established healthcare institutions in Singapore. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive eye care, perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and contribute to high-quality clinical services in a modern, well-equipped environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed eye examinations, diagnostics, and assessments for a wide range of ocular conditions.
- Perform ophthalmic surgeries - Paediatrics, Surgical Retina, Medical Retina, Uveitis, Glaucoma.
- Provide clinical management for both acute and chronic eye diseases.
- Work collaboratively with optometrists, nurses, and allied health staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to treatment planning.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with Singapore’s healthcare regulations and clinical standards.
- Engage in continuous professional development and, where applicable, support training of junior doctors or medical officers.
- Contribute to departmental quality initiatives, audits, and service improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
- FRCOphth , CCT, CCST
- Proven clinical experience in ophthalmology
- Strong diagnostic, surgical, and communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
