Working environment

Main responsibilities

• Provide general or specialised dental care according to your qualification and experience.
• Contribute to diagnosis, treatment planning and continuity of patient care.
• Work in coordination with support staff and the wider organisation.
• Participate in the development of a high-quality dental offer.

Conditions and benefits

• Remuneration model: usually a fixed salary and/or an activity-based component depending on the structure, the location and the practice model retained. The overall package is generally discussed according to profile and expected level of activity.
• Depending on the employer, the role may include organised patient flow, administrative support, structured installation support and attractive long-term practice conditions.
• Some employers may provide onboarding support or practical assistance depending on the position.

Eligibility criteria

• Degree in dental surgery awarded in France or in the European Union.
• Eligibility for automatic recognition or registration in France depending on your situation.
• Minimum French level: B1, with a higher level often preferred for patient communication and autonomous practice.
