Neptune RH Santé is recruiting, on behalf of its partner establishments — nursing homes (EHPAD), hospitals, rehabilitation and after-care units (SSR), long-term care units (USLD), mobile geriatric teams, and short-stay geriatric departments — full-time Geriatricians (M/F) on permanent contracts (CDI), across France.

Available Positions
Full-time permanent positions within a variety of facilities, each with an organization tailored to your profile:

●       Comprehensive medical follow-up and care coordination for elderly patients, often with multiple conditions

●       Developing and implementing personalized care plans

●       Working within a multidisciplinary team (nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, social workers, psychologists)

●       Participating in case reviews, coordination meetings and quality initiatives

●       Potential involvement in telemedicine projects, standardized geriatric assessment or teaching, depending on the facility

Your Profile
●       Specialist qualification (DES) in Geriatrics, or DES in Internal Medicine with a postgraduate qualification (capacité/DU) in Geriatrics

●       Registered, or eligible for registration, with the French Medical Board (Ordre des Médecins) and RPPS

●       All experience levels welcome, from recent graduates to senior physicians

●       Strong listening skills, a holistic approach to elderly patients, and an interest in teamwork and coordination
