Main responsibilities and expectations

As a specialist psychiatrist, you will have varied work tasks. You are naturally a team player and highly value being part of a group with ambitious goals. In addition to the medical team, you will work alongside doctors, psychologists, nurses, assistant nurses, social workers, unit managers, and medical administrators who appreciate and support one another.

Since no two workdays are alike, the hospital is looking for someone who remains calm and stable in rapidly changing circumstances and can plan and structure their work while keeping the organization's best interests in mind. It is important that you communicate clearly, are flexible, and value both patient interactions and teamwork. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. 

What’s expected of you.

To be a specialist in psychiatry.

To be collaborative, team player, etc.

To be able to complete MediCarrera’s Swedish language program.

B type of driver’s license is required.
