Job Description

Main responsibilities and expectations

As a pathologist, you will have a varied workday including diagnostics of tissue samples, supervision of resident physicians, autopsies, and some specimen grossing. You will be an important part of the educational environment, as they are a university healthcare unit affiliated with Linköping University, and regularly host medical students.

To have a specialist title in pathology and experience in cytology.

To be confident in your professional role and to be able to take responsibility.

To be able to work very well independently.

Ability to complete the intensive Swedish language course (MediCarrera program) is required.
