PRIVATE PRACTICE – POSITION WITH TOTAL INCOME TAX EXEMPTION FOR 5 YEARS

Our client is a healthcare establishment belonging to a French private healthcare group, with a major presence in north-western France. The healthcare unit has 100 beds, an operating theatre with 4 rooms + 1 endoscopy room + 2 minor surgery rooms. The team consists of 25 doctors and 83 employees. The clinic is located in a town of 12,000 inhabitants, 50 km from Rennes and 70 km from Nantes (both served by international airports with direct flights to Portugal). 

Organisation of working time: 2 or 3 days of consultations and 1 day in the operating theatre per week.
Emergencies and on-call duty:  No emergencies or on-call duty. Need to ensure continuity of care.

Type of contract: 
Private practice with a dedicated office in the clinic. (In France, all private practice is covered by social security).

Conditions:

Strong potential for activity: estimated gross annual income between €150,000 and €250,000

Administrative and financial support for setting up the practice (guaranteed fees, exemption from paying office rent and operating theatre fees for a period to be determined)

The city is located in an area classified as a ZRR – Rural Revitalisation Zone, granting the right to TOTAL exemption from income tax for 5 years. Financial support of €10,000 for the initial installation in France 

Total freedom in managing working hours, consultation times, type of activity

Specific support for preparation in French – FREE online French lessons organised by Auxilia Recrutement 

Personalised support during the different stages of the process, including registration with the French Medical Association 

Required profile:
Medical degree and specialisation in vascular surgery completed in the EU
