We have a very interesting proposal to work as a dentist in the Netherlands! Whether you are in the last year of your dental degree at a European Union university (you can start studying Dutch in combination with your studies), you have just graduated or you already have some years of experience, do not hesitate to contact us and we will arrange an informative call.

We have over 10 years of experience with more than 250 happy dentists and orthodontists working in the Netherlands.

What are the requirements?

At Trabajar en Holanda, we want to help you make this decision and assist you in realising your dream. But first of all, it is important to meet the minimum requirements, without which we unfortunately cannot help you.

You need to:
1. Have a dental degree from a country within the European Union. Another option is to have the homologation + afterwards 3 years of experience working in the same country as the homologation.
2. Be able to defend yourself in English.
3. Be willing to move to the Netherlands for at least 2 years.
4. Want to work as a general dentist or an orthodontist?
5. Have the availability for classes of a minimum of 3 times a week 1,5 hours + time available for studying.

We also accept dentists without European nationality, as long as they have a European diploma or homologation!

Our selection procedure
What are the stages of our selection process?:
– Send us your CV, preferably in English;
– We make an appointment for a first informative call via Skype or video Whatsapp*;
– We arrange a second interview for more detailed information;
– We sign the contract;

And you are ready to start with the online Dutch language course!

* Interviews will be conducted in Spanish or English

Initial contract
We guarantee an initial employment contract with a minimum duration of 2 years. Many of our clinics offer initial contracts for 2 to 3 years.

Your salary

The starting salary for inexperienced dentists will be  € 4,500 gross per month which becomes € 3.800 net per month. For experienced dentists, the salary can vary, with maximums between € 5,500 and € 6,000 gross per month with 5 to 6 years of experience. It becomes € 4.800- 5,300 net per month.
