In Lithuania, the event took place at the centrally located Hotel Novotel Vilnius, offering an ideal setting for meaningful interaction between recruiters and candidates. Lithuanian healthcare professionals are known for their rigorous training and modern approach to patient care, many of them having studied or practiced in Western Europe. Their strong language skills and adaptability make them attractive candidates for international roles.
In Poland, we returned to the heart of the capital at Hotel Mercure Warszawa, where the interest in international medical opportunities remains high. Polish doctors and nurses are increasingly open to working abroad, driven by the chance to grow professionally in more supportive and better-resourced environments. With excellent training and exposure to cutting-edge medical technologies, Polish healthcare professionals bring both expertise and ambition to the table.
