We are looking for dialysis nurses to work in Sahlgrenska University Hospital in Gothenburg, Sweden
Main responsibilities and expectations
The clinic is staffed by registered nurses and assistant nurses, and they operate every day of the week, both daytime and evenings, with work scheduled every fourth weekend. They work approximately one weekday evening per week.
They are now looking for someone with previous healthcare experience or someone who has recently graduated from a nursing program. As a newly hired nurse, you will receive thorough orientation alongside an experienced supervisor to ensure you feel confident and secure in your new role. The orientation period lasts eight weeks, after which your supervisor will continue as your mentor.
What’s expected of you
Licensed registered nurse, preferably with experience in acute care and dialysis. You will be part of a team that works collaboratively and supports one another.
To have strong teamwork skills.
To be flexible, and to be able to enjoy building long-term, positive relationships.
Ability to complete the intensive Swedish language course (MediCarrera program) is required.
Salary and conditions
Extra payment for evening and weekend shifts.
25 working days of vacations.
