YOUR FUNCTIONS 

• You are responsible for offering individualized patient care.

• Degree in nursing. 

• Patient orientation, kindness, and integrity characterize your personality. 

• You are committed to giving high-quality care. 

• You are responsible and a good observer 

• You communicate fluently and respectfully with patients and colleagues 

• You are able to plan your own work but you also work effectively within a team. 

• Knowledge of a second language will be valued positively.

WORKING CONDITIONS 

• Permanent contract

• Full-time (38h/ week). • Salary €3379,85 gross/month 

• Working on Sundays and holidays: + 56% 

• Working on Saturdays: + 26% • Working at nights: + 35% 

• 22 days of vacation and 10 bank holidays. 

• Holiday allowance and an end-of-year bonus.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION 

• The northern part of Belgium is Dutch-speaking. A free 12-week language course will be provided in Spain (Catalonia), where the training center is situated. Housing facilities are available. The language course is given by a native speaker and in small groups. 

• The next course starts on the 6th of April 2026.
