Job Description
Position: Professional Nurse
Location: Brescia, Italy
We are looking for qualified professional nurses to work in clinics and geriatric institutions (nursing homes) in Italy.
Candidates must:
Hold a professional nursing qualification obtained in their country of origin;
Be registered with the National Register of Nurses in their country, where applicable;
Have a good knowledge of the Italian language;
Fulfil the legal requirements necessary to practice nursing in Italy;
Complete the procedures required for the recognition/equivalence of their nursing qualification in Italy;
Where applicable, obtain registration with the FNOPI Professional Register.
Support Before Arrival in Italy
The company will support selected nurses by providing information regarding the administrative procedures required for:
Recognition/equivalence of the professional nursing qualification;
Visa application;
Documentation required by the Italian authorities;
Other bureaucratic procedures required in the candidate's country of origin.
Candidates will be required to complete the procedures necessary for the recognition of their professional qualification and, where applicable, registration with FNOPI.
Travel to Italy will take place only after verification of the regularity of the nurse's professional status in accordance with Italian legislation.
Employment Conditions
Upon arrival in Italy, the nurse will initially be employed by the Client as an employee, in accordance with Italian legislation, the applicable Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (C.C.N.L.), and the applicable immigration and employment regulations.
Within 30 days of arrival in Italy, the nurse and the Client undertake to sign a permanent agreement for the provision of services as a self-employed professional nurse, subject to the completion of the relevant administrative procedures.
The commencement of the self-employed activity will depend on the time required to complete all relevant bureaucratic procedures.
Working Hours
Initial employment contract as an employee:
165 hours per month.
Self-employed professional nurse:
Minimum of 160 hours per month;
Excluding periods of inactivity or force majeure.
The exact working schedule will be agreed with each clinic or geriatric institution, according to the requirements of the department to which the nurse is assigned.
Remuneration
€3,200 gross per month for 160 hours of work.
This remuneration applies to day shifts, night shifts, weekday shifts, and holiday shifts.
Any work performed in excess of the established 160 monthly hours will be paid at the same rate, calculated proportionally according to the actual number of hours worked.
Payment will be made by bank transfer to the nurse's bank account by the 15th day of the month following the month in which the services were provided.
